Assignments/Homework Week of March 19th -- March 23rd

United States History 1 (Periods 1 & 3):

Geography 8 (Period 4):

   Current Event-- Get an article excluding accidents, police blotter, and follow the instructions on the current events paper provided to you. ****DUE March 30th

*Don't forget- Portfolio Assignments need to be completed and turned in at the end of each marking period. Do these assignments as soon as they are assigned so that you do not get behind!

This week are learning about genocide in Africa, specifically central Africa in Rwanda, and Darfur. We will be watching the film Hotel Rwanda.

American Adventure project was assigned. Please ask students to view the projects requirements. We are so excited about this project and in years past the students have been too! We cannot wait to see what kind of adventures this year's students take!!
